MEET THE PRESENTERS: Jen Kiehl-Miller, MBA, BSN, RN — Hospice Support Specialists and Greg Grabowski, Serviam Hospice

Jen has been a registered nurse since 1996 and began her hospice career in 2004 as a Clinical Director for a small start-up in rural Pennsylvania. She has since held leadership roles at local, regional, and national levels across both for-profit and nonprofit hospice organizations. Since 2016, Jen has worked as an independent consultant, sharing her expertise in growth, operations, compliance, and clinical strategy.

Jen believes that successful hospice growth relies on a strong, compliant clinical program. In hospice, growth is driven not by sales, but by collaborative relationships rooted in service excellence. She emphasizes that leading a great program requires managers to understand, evaluate, and drive all aspects of organizational excellence through clear, streamlined, and competitive processes.

Greg Grabowski has been a key leader in hospice since 1999, known for his visionary leadership and operational expertise across nonprofit, for-profit, and national organizations. As president of Serviam Hospice, he leads a new care model that combines high-quality clinical services with innovative partnerships, especially with assisted living providers, to transform end-of-life care.

Greg is skilled in shaping culture, scaling operations, and developing leaders. He spent over eight years as a consultant with Hospice Advisors, leading strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership development. He also co-founded Hospice Insights, a platform offering tools and strategies to enhance hospice performance. Greg’s work focuses on quality, sustainability, and human-centered care, empowering teams and preparing hospices for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
