Category: Workshop

(60-minute webinar – available live or on-demand)
 Tuesday, October 14, 2025
 3:00 - 4:00 PM Eastern

It is not a matter of “if” an agency will receive an additional document request (ADR) during a medical review, it’s a matter of “when.” This webinar is designed to help agencies integrate ADR management into a corporate compliance program. Join this program for expert insight and best practices.

AFTER THIS WEBINAR YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Explain how an agency can receive an ADR
  • Define how a corporate compliance program relates to ADR management
  • Describe the compliance benefits of ADR policies and procedures
  • Identify how using tools and checklists adds value to ADR management and corporate compliance
  • Review best practices in ADR management as part of your corporate compliance program

WEBINAR DETAILS:  This session will review the responsibilities involved in corporate compliance and identify additional policies and best practices that support a corporate compliance plan and the Medicare Conditions of Payment. Examples of internal controls and ADR management policies and procedures will be provided.

The program will address critical ADR elements that your agency should adopt. It will also present ADR instructional information, audit tools/checklists to incorporate into your routine QA and compliance processes, when and how to perform routine audits, and what to do with audit results. Training, education, and creating a culture of compliance will then help your organization be prepared for ADRs, maintain corporate compliance, and eliminate the risk of payment recoupment.

THIS WEBINAR WILL BENEFIT THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES: Hospice, Home Health, Palliative Care
