Our colleagues with The Commonwealth Council on Aging, Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, BES Studios and the Virginia Association of Area Agencies on Aging invite you to an upcoming webinar on reducing malnutrition and food insecurity among older adults.

In 2023, the Council received funding from the Virginia Center on Aging’s Geriatric Training and Education Program to develop five microlearning training videos on older adult malnutrition and food insecurity and the programs available to target these needs.

During the webinar, presenters will:

• Provide background on older adult malnutrition and food insecurity needs in Virginia,
• Present the five new, innovative training videos
• Demonstrate how the aging services workforce and the public can access the new videos and accompanying materials which will be available through the No Wrong Door’s Training Platform and Virginia Easy Access webpage
