Working with seriously ill people brings unique challenges that may include navigating the legal system, advocating for self-determination, and understanding organizational policies and community perceptions. In addition, many team members are confused about the difference between suicidal ideation and a request for a hastened death. This webinar will teach the necessary skills to navigate these serious issues using a holistic interdisciplinary approach.

WEBINAR DETAILS

Is a request for a hastened death the same as suicidal ideation? It is imperative that everyone is included in the planning process and has a clear understanding of the agreed-upon intervention. This webinar will provide an in-depth look at the challenges and solutions related to both types of requests.
